How Can We Cook Eggs?
TIME REQUIRED:
45 minutes
OBJECTIVES:
- To brainstorm how eggs may be cooked.
- To cook an egg.
- To focus on change while cooking.
MATERIALS REQUIRED:

| ketchup | flipper |
| milk | forks |
| butter | bowl |
| salt | plates |
| pepper | wire whip |
- Brainstorm all of the ways an egg may be cooked.
- Cook an egg - scrambled; observe the changes that occur in the frying pan.
- Enjoy and eat!
Variation:
- Survey the class to see how they like to eat eggs.
- Make a graph.
